The reason i ask is because i dont produce music or anything like that and im wondering if anyone has put some samples online somewhere that they have found useful for the rmx?

Get rekordbox, grab some of your songs and use the export tool to grab samples and snippets of tracks!
...or Google, there are plenty of free samples online. Try looking for drum hits or instrument stabs / runs that would work with what style of music you play.
Thanks pulse, another question, how do i check the firmware number on the rmx?
With the RMX connected to your computer via USB, go to the remixbox software and go to Help > Version, it will be displayed there.
What about the announced presets from zabiela, chuckie etc.? Any news?
yeah mr pulse, RIK i thought said and ya'll said the dj's where gonna release their "rmx-1000 file settings" am i to take it it's not doing so hot they haven't cared to make any? haha joking but laid bake luke ETC ETC where's the settings thank you in advance to your response pulse or gavin or whoever? thanks! lets get those awesome setting files to see what pros are doing with the rmx-1000 i watched all the djs RIK showed it to at the hotel show.... David Morales was like i want one in my booth hah like now! so whats up???
look up on google : "Vengeance essentials" they are some awesome sample packs (Paid ofcourse if you get them legitimately)
