RMX-1000 Sound Problem on Master Connection (Video)

what way have you got it connected to you mixer? through the master or through the send/return?

I have it connected through the master output from mixer (DJM 850), this cracking sounds is started around third ORANGE LED on OUTPUT LEVEL on RMX-1000

but I discovered that this cracking sound is also present when I switch to SEND/RETURN on RED LED on OUTPUT LEVEL

whether it is standard overdrive sound from RMX-1000 or MY UNIT is defective and I sholud return it?

hmm :/  what mixer are you using?  have you tried it in another?  it sounds like either, to much signal coming from somewhere and the sound clipping, or a faulty scene control knob, eg like an old faded crackles when its nearing the end of its life....   you should try it in a different mixer first tho

the mixer is not a problem, in video I used only X-Pad Factory Samples to make Redrum... there was no INPUT SIGNAL active

after some testing I suppose the UNIT is OK

the problem is with my Audio Interface - Native Instruments Audio 10 DJ, when Output Level from RMX-1000 is to Loud it makes this cracking sounds

when I connect RMX-1000 directly to speakers I can Play even on RED LED on OUTPUT LEVEL and the sound is OK

Have you tried changing the output level from +4 to -10?
