My RMX had some problem and I don't really know what could be.
In the first night, after 5 minutes, the output was not showing any level... Was in a DJM 2000. Then some days later, I tried in a DJM 800 and was everything working, but was in some shop, so I just tried for few minutes.
Last night I tried to use in the previous DJM 2000 and worked for 2 tracks and then die... Input and Output was not showing any signal. I tested again in another DJM 2000, 800 and 900 and nothing. I tried another RMX and was working, so for sure is not the mixer. The firmware on mine is 131 and the other, which was working, it is119.
Any idea? Is possible that the previous DJM damaged something in the RMX input/output? In the serial number says that it's from July.
Was using RCA in the RMX to TR in the mixer. It's Monster Cables.

@Leo > Please update to v2.01 and see if this resolves your issue. If it doesn't I feel like you might need to return the unit to an authorised service centre as it could be a hardware problem.

Thanks for answer! I've sent back to the Pionner, but it's already one month ago and they are still "testing". How this usually works? I mean, in my mind, they supposed to just give me a new one or my money back... (but it's China anyway...)
Anyway, I'll try to not accept a "second hand" device if they just fix and give back...

In the end, after one month... they gave a new RMX but didn't tell me what was the problem...

Hi I have a similar problem..I connected the send/return cables from DJM Nexus Send to Input of RMX and out put RMX to Return of Nexus....but no audio signal to my headphones....I cannot listen to any efx on my headphones.....is the connections wrong??? Any sugestions.....
I used 1/4 TRS cables
Dj mukt is that djm900 nxs or djm2000 nxs.all the effects are post channel on the djm900 nexus so you have to use effects cue same as the rotary effects.im not sure on the 2000.
@David > You'll have to connect it between the DDJ-SX master output and the amp / speakers. You'll only be able to effect the master channel, not each individual channel as the SX does not have a S/R capability. Please open your own topic in future if you have questions as this is not related to this thread.
@Mukt > Have you everything setup correctly? Can you hear the RMX effects via Send / Return over the speakers?
