Chances are the laser pickup is dirty / damaged or failing. You can take it to any DJ shop to have it serviced, or contact Pioneer to find an authorized Pioneer repair shop (or send it to them for servicing).
So I have the CDJ-800mk2 worked perfectly untill this weekend. The problem is that the CD is picked up then it spins for awhile stops and ejects. Funny thing is that if on audio CD you take for example the #7 track it reads it but w/ dificulties. And for the original CD's it works perfectly. Tried to update the firmware from 1.50 to 2.10. It still couldn't read the CD, the CD was the best and the most expensive. But on the other CDJ it worked. What to do?

OK I'm not quite sure what was the problem but I picked out whole CD-rom and cleaned it out and it started working. But again I have the problem with the update instalation.
Did you un-zip the update file so it was the only thing on the CD?
Yes i did. Because one of the CDJ's managed to install it.
But after the first install the CD looks like it was razed around the data but the space between is about 0,5cm
Have you tried a new one in the 2nd player?
