@Mike > Unfortunately the makers can not be imported, but you can create memory points (which do show up on the display of the 2000).
Adding Markers to tracks to show in CDJ? Rekordbox?
I wanted to add markers to my tracks, as I use Sony Sound Forge Audio Editor for my re-edits, remixes, and preparing tracks for CD.
In SF, I can drop in markers on beats etc and wondered if these would show up in the newer CD players, such as the 1000mk3, 2000, and CDJ900 with the waveform display?
I obviously dont want these markers to become cues, as in auto cue, the deck will stop! but it would be handy on the display to show up my markers saved, would at a glance show me a marker at the end, so I know there are 32 bars left etc to mix out?
Or can this be done in RekordBox? or do the CDJ's read any markers in a file? maybe as wav. data?

Can I create memory points that are fixed with the track, but from Sound Forge?
No - rekordbox has its own memory point system within the software. Sorry, I realize I didn't make that clear in my last post!
