[OPEN] Intellegent List missing feature

I got my list in folder of years and in there I got my playlist's.

 

A nice thing for a intellegent list feature is making 2 list of the same name in 2 diffrent folders merge in to one playlist.

Allow me to rephrase to see if I understand your suggestion...

You have two folders (2013, 2014). You want to have one intelligent playlist to get two folders and put them into one playlist?
