[SOLVED] Distorted audio

I have 2 x cdj2000's (latest firmware) connected via ethernet switch. both show up in rekordbox as does the dlm900nexus mixer, and I can drag files etc. When the track is played back the sound is distorted to the point where you can only make out the beat. 

As stated above the CDJ's have the latest firmware installed

A bit more info, running OSX Mavericks, wifi off.

Try updating the firmware; a recent update addressed this very issue.
