DDJ-T1 BPM Stuck On Traktor When Using Both The Jog-Wheel and Pitch Slider

ok so i just got a T1. and yea, i noticed that every time i move the jog-wheel to pitch bend and the pitch slider to adjust the tempo simultaneously the BPM on Traktor will be stuck. only moving the pitch slider without moving the jog-wheel enabled the pitch again.

is this a known issue with DDJ-T1 or is my unit defected?

Using Traktor Pro 2 btw.

is this an issue with every DDJ-T1? no fix/patch from Pioneer?

it's a big problem and definitely affect my style of mixing.

i have the same problem too... i love my t1 but it is the biggest problem in my set... i can't beatmatching most of the time. My T1 says ''don't use my pitch bend, please use sync button''. Pioneer must solve this problem most recently...

What version of Traktor are all of you using?

What was the most recent update you made? Traktor update, DDJ-T1 firmware or driver update?

Have you always had this issue or is it new?

Has your DDJ-T1 been able to do this in the past?

I'm using Traktor Pro 2.03. and the latest driver from pioneer's website.

no firmware update since i bought the DDJ-T1 (just bought it a week ago). any link for the firmware update file?

and yea, it's an error i caught since the first day i bought the DDJ-T1

You should contact NI to see if they have a solution as it sounds to me like an error in the mappings, something with an overlap of the control signals confusing the software.

Hello.

I have the same problem with version 2. In the original version (V1) I dont have this problem, but I am having the same issue described above with V2. I wrote to Native but I havent received any type of response. Too bad this type of things happen with professional dj gear like this, and between 2 monsters like Native & Pioneer

THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN FIXED......the new traktor update (2.1.1) fixes this issue. It works perfectly....you can move the pitch slider and the jog wheel at the same time and the bpm does not stuck.......nice

i bought lately a new DDJ- T1and i have the same problem . jog is always in SCRATCH mute .so i can not use the jog for beat matching, i change it in preferences , I tried move the pitch slider and the jog wheel at the same time , but it doesnt . Any time when i touche the jog the music stopped . I try Traktor 2.0.3 , 2.1.1, 2.6.0 , 2.6.8 and i import the pioneer DDJ-T1_V101-TSI , DDJ-T1_V103.TSI but still is the same. any help please. Thanks
