[CLOSED] DDJ-SX Platter Delay

Looks like other users have run across this problem before, but either the issue wasn't resolved or the thread was closed, so I couldn't continue those convesations. 

THE PROBLEM:  If I have a hand on the platter, I would expect that when I release it, the music should automatically continue playing.  However, there is a slight delay, which translates to big problems in a live performance setting.  I've already tried tweaking with the "Touch Sensor Level", which does not do anything for my issue.  Additionally, I've upgraded firmware to 1.07 and my Serato DJ software is updated to 1.2.  

Has anyone else run into this problem?  Have you found any solutions?  Pioneer, can you speak on this?

I hv seen same complaint against this ddj sx months ago on another topic, it really important to get an answer from pioneer for this fix. Most replied i saw from pioneer abt the issue specially for pitch prbs, was as if pioneer hv an ego n they dont accept their fault or mistakes! They always told u that u should nt do like that n do it like that bla bla bla.. Well i think u should forward a copy of ur complaint to serato forum also since it seem a timing code prbs ..

Thanks for the reply, UZzy.  I'll keep scouring the forums for an answer.  At least I know that there is some searchable info on this platter problem.  I'll snoop around in the Serato forums also.
