Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum.
I've had my ergo k since Christmas, and recently when I used it, the left upfader wouldn't respond on traktor. I used an air compressor to try and see if it was any dust that had accumulated (even though I use a decksaver). It worked, except on traktor, once the fader reached the very top, it would simply slide back to the bottom on the program, as if something was shorting out. So I used the air compressor on it again, and now it won't respond at all. Is this a common fault and what should I do to get it fixed?
