I was just informed that it's posted elsewhere on the pioneer site that the DDJ-SZ problem is a hardware issue, and requires return to the factory for repair. Repair estimates right now are 2-3 weeks. To get your DDJ-SZ fixed, call your support number for your country, and initiate a return. They kept reading me some bulletin and stating that it clearly says it's a return to pioneer issue. I have not seen this post, and the "Official" updates from Pulse have not addressed the fact that it's been identified as a manufacturing defect. Can you guys at pioneer be a bit more clear about this in your "official update"? I know a lot of guys just sitting around with a bum DDJ-sz waiting for a response from you guys. Thanks!
