Setting up a home studio compatible for a DDJ Ergo? Mic delay with Traktor too?

Hey guys! Just wondering, I'm in the process of figuring out a basic home studio with two krk speakers, my laptop and my DDJ Ergo... What products do I need in terms of Audio Interface if needed at all? Also when I use my mic with my ergo, there's usually a half second delay between input and output. How do I change this?
