Was there anything funky about the track you were trying to load? All my cd's and vinyl were ripped to .wav and I have never had a problem.

[CLOSED] XDJ Crashed during my set on Saturday !!! NIGHTMARE !!!
Has anyone else had this problem ???? ... I was playing a track on the right deck and tried to load one on the left via USB and I could see it freeze on the loading track but then the right deck started to stutter.... I had to quickly jump to a CDJ to drop a track in..... but there were 30 seconds of nothing and me mumbling on the microphone ..... TERRIBLE and has never ever happened in my whole DJ career.... I do not feel confident about using this device again.... between this and the case i bought it cost me £1000.... my residencies already have CDJs and I sometimes use Traktor..... but I have 2 big festivals in the UK this year and a gig in Greece and I will be jumping back to CDs now...

.wav on the aero ? Mine are all mp3 and were checked with mp3 doctor but the track does slow down in the middle.... But it's tha fact that the whole unit crashed ....

@Heidi > So can you identify the problem track? Have you tried to play the same track on the unit since? If so, what were the results?

I know the problem track and have put markers in rekordbox and reimported it but it still crashes the unit ... My shock was that I couldn't even jump to the other deck or another line In as the whole device crashed...so having my CDJs connected would make no difference :-(

Mine crashed at the last song of my set Saturday. The track playing was Macklemore can't hold us.

I've always used pioneer 1000s and they were so reliable but this just makes me nervous - I wish I hadn't bought it and will defo NOT recommend it - the fact that the whole thing crashes without anyway of sorting it unless it reboots makes it useless

Makes me nervous too. Not sure what to do, send it back within my 3o days or hope they sort it. Still no update from them.

Track I was playing which crashed was Macklemore can't hold us @ 320kbps mp3 format.

For me it's irrelevant of what the track is - there should be something in place so the whole unit isn't completely unusable - I couldn't just fade the track or jump to the other deck - I couldn't even jump to external decks connected - the whole unit including the mixer crashed ..... Which is what makes it scary
