Were the drives created with rekordbox 3.2 or an earlier version?
Hello everyone,
I just bought my xdi-rx dj controller and when i put my reckordbox usb in it says "Rekordbox library not found" and i can only see the folders "contents" where i can select any track on the usb. But I can't get to my playlists etc.. The weird thing is my usb does work on a cdj2000nxs. After this i tried multiple usb drives without result. Could anyone help me out?
The link cable does work.
Filmware 1.40
Reckordbox: 3.20

I believe the latest version. Because after i realised it didn't work i formatted the usb and make a new one of it.
What format are the drives? (Eg. FAT32, HFS+)
Also, the 1.50 firmware was released today -- although unrelated to your issues, it's worth updating!
Oh after i formatted my usb's at FAT32 it worked. Thank you very much. Weird that with the cdi 2000 my usb did work with MAC os Extended.
make sure you're on the latest update, The RX is now supposed to support Mac HFS+
@bas > As @BriChi notes, the update supports HFS+ and the reason the CDJ supported it before is the CDJ did support it but the RX did not (at the time).
I may have missed it, but did you select RX in Rekordbox when you made the USB.
this just happened to me going to test a unit. The unit in the store was on 1.50, I went with a HFS formatted drive exported form RB, the device in RB was set to create library exclusively for "CDJ/XDJ-AERO/XDJ-1000/XDJ-RX" Yet when i plugged my USB drive in it said something along the lines Rekordbox library not found and I couldn't use the drive at all. Sucks being I went there strictly to test how it would handle my 3.0 256gb drive. the drive works perfect for me every weekend on my 2000Nexus
oh well,
