I played out on my new XDJ RX for the first time the other night and it was a dream, until the end of the night. The unit had been on for about 5 hours, but wasn't in constant use for that whole period. After a few hours, I had a track loaded in both decks and could not load a new track into either deck, no matter what new track I selected. I used the load buttons and then tried by pressing the rotary browse button too. No joy either way. Its almost like it had frozen.
The XDJ was hooked unto rekordbox on my Macbook Pro via the Ethernet link. I disconnected the link and reconnected but the problem still persisted until I shut the unit down and rebooted.
I was using v1.0 of the firmware. Today I have just updated it to v1.50 as I noticed it was available.
Any thoughts please?

Have you already tried if you have the problem again? with the new firmware? if yes maybe it wille be usefull if you can make a movie about it for pioneer.
I ordered one coming wednesday the RX but maybe it has been fixed.
Ofcouse will be nice that it will be fixed for you if it is a issue becouse i also play long gigs around 5 sometimes evne 9 hours dont want this happen to me either.

Not seen the problem since, but have not run it for longer than an hour. Only downloaded new firmware today. Next time I will make a movie and send to Pioneer. But hopefully there won't be a next time! Other than this one glitch, I found the unit really enjoyable to use and had no other probs...
