There is also only 1 deck ( 1 waveform ) on my screen.

@Anthony > You still need a Serato SL box or compatible Rane mixer in order for Scratch Live to work.

I have the same problem...

They said Serato 2.3 has a native support for the pioneer CDJ-350. Normally, we don't need SL box or other serato hardware.

my CDJ-350 firmware version is 1.06 and I use a macbook

I'll put this as black and white as possible...

YOU REQUIRE AN SL BOX OR COMPATIBLE RANE MIXER IN ORDER FOR SCRATCH LIVE TO WORK.

This is a requirement of the software; the box is the dongle and soundcard.  Without that box (or mixer), your software is only useful for music management.

@Thomas > Further to what you've linked and quoted (in PNG), you neglected to read, from the same page:

It is however, important to always connect **

*your Scratch Live hardware directly to your *

**computer.

Yes; Serato Scratch Live supports HID with the following players: CDJ-2000, CDJ-900, CDJ-850, CDJ-400, CDJ-350, MEP-7000, SEP-C1.

Okay, thank you Pulse !

I have been thinking to try this program with my cdj 2000s, and want to know if there is a latency problem with the jogwheel like other  programs that uses MID/HID support like VDJ & Traktor ?

None that I've ever noticed, but I'm also not a turntablist.

Hey I've had my 350's since they came out and am only now interested in hooking upto my PC to get wave format as the 350's dont display a wave bar.

Do most sound cards work with this software??

@Stu > As Pulse has outlined above, you'll need to use the SL box or a Rane mixer to use SSL. The CDJ350s will work just fine.

If I do get 2x CDJ350 and a DJM350, will I still need to get a RANE SL1/2/3/4 to be able to use the CDJ350 in HID mode in Scratch Live?
Yes, or Rane TTM57, 61, 62 or 68.

Quote:
CDJ350 > Scratch Live (via USB in HID Mode to get the tracks)
Yes, if you only have 2 usb ports on your computer, you will need to run the CDJs on a HUB, powered ones are safer. The Rane interface needs to be connected DIRECTLY to the computer, ie NO HUB for the soundcard.

Quote:
CDJ350 > DJM350 via RCA (does the music from Scratch Live get output from the CDJ350's RCA out?)
No, there is no audio output from the CDJ when using SSL in HID. The SL soundcard outputs goes directly to the mixer. ie Line 1 & 2. However, if you wanna run a regular cd from the cdj, then connect the cdj to a free input on the mixer. CDJ needs to be switched back to regular mode for cd playback...
