If your audio is not being output as described by @Pedro, then it's possible you don't have the device drivers installed (Windows only), or it's not being detected properly by the system.
Is it possible to listen to one deck through headphones whilst the other is playing aloud through a speaker? If so, how is it possible to do this using DDJ-SB2 and Serato Intro

OLAH Ewan. I have no hand DDJ-SB2 unit, but my experience with Pioneer DJ equipment, I think this will work:
If you look at the center of the controller you have Cue buttons for each channel (just above the vumeter).
You must active the cue channel that you want to listen trough headphones, and turn right the headphones mix dial to cue position. In this way, you will listen the track you are preparing to performe trough headphones while you heard the track playing on speakers.

aalthough that's the concept to how it is suppose to work, this is not working on my ddj sb2, no matter what I do for the headphones I can not listen to the cue
did you manage to work it out by any chance?
