DJM-NEXUS900 (not connected)

I always connect my tractor to the 900 nexus usb never have a problem until last night .. tractor shows that message DJM-NEXUS900 (NOT CONNECTED) please connect and select audio device. I have tried everything and is not working don't know what to do...
