Only one cdj 400 shown in tracktor's audio output

I'm trying to run traktor on a PC with two cdj 400 and an external mixer. I've run the cdj aggregator tool but when I want to choose the output routing for each cdj, only one option is shown (1: CDJ-400 L and 2: CDJ-400 R). From videos in youtube I've seen that at this stage I should have two more options: 3: CDJ-400 L and 4: CDJ-400 R. As a result, both CDJ end up playing on one channel in my mixer.

I didn't have this problem in my old MAC. Sadly using that computer is no longer an option.

If anyone encountered this issue and found a solution for PC I'd really appreciate your help.

Thanks

@Felipe > There is no aggregator tool required for Windows when using the current drivers. What tool did you use?

sorry I meant to say that I installed the drivers from pioneer. I'm selecting the cdj 400 asio option in audio configuration.

Without using something like ASIO4ALL you won't have access to drivers from both devices because applications like Traktor can only address one audio interface at a time. ASIO4ALL bundles them so the application sees them as one device.

This is bad. I thought that the whole point of the drivers was to sort out that problem. I installed ASIO4ALL and I get cracking and popping sounds and the sound breaks up every second or so. I tried fiddling with the latency but it didn't change much. Hardware buffer didn't work either. Is there any other work around at this point?

@Felipe > Sorry, in order to use Traktor with two different hardware audio devices, you need to use an aggregator, and ASIO4ALL is the best way to do that. If your PC is having issues with it, it could be your computer's specs aren't adequate.
