Connecting Pioneer CDJ 900 nexus to rekordbox issues

Hello. Every time when I try to connect rekordbox (ver 5.8.6) to CDJ 900 nexus decks and DJM 900 SRT mixer I have problems. When I try to press the Cue button the track doesn't stop. It just goes crazy and I can't do anything, it's still playing. This problem happens randomly during the dj set. When I use the usb flash drives or connect another dj software everything is fine.
