rb 4.0.3 wont launch on W7 x64 after graphix driver update (workaround)

Recently upgraded my Nvidia driver, now rb not launching, just a generic "fail to start" error.

Found a workaround by setting the rb shortcut to "run as administrator"

Not ideal but it does work :D

@Krotos > You can always modify the rights through the shortcut so it always runs with administrative privileges.

Not sure, it shouldn't require it, but that depends on your preferences and security settings on your computer. You could go and disable the User Account Control feature, which isn't all that necessary, even on W7.

UAC is already disabled, I am logged in with local admin account.
Weird, oh well at least its working okay :)
