Can iI turn on/off effects in rb4 with xdj700?

No, the XDJ-700 does not have the ability to control any of the effects within rekordbox.

I'm going to go with no as of now being you cannot map your own buttons, the XDJ buttons wll do the same in Rekordbox DJ as they do on the players
