I have my installation CD but the serial that is printed on it does not work and can not remember the login to the virtual dj site to recover it

Goodnight everyone , my case seems to be simple have a lift pioneer V and the original drive, but the serial that is printed on the CD does not work and to worsen lost login virtual dj website and can not really get my serial someone can me help take much to install my virtual dj original LE

@Carlos > Have you verified that you are using the correct characters? Sometimes users mistake O for 0 or 1 for I (upper-case i) or l (lower-case L).

Unfortunately we are unable to provide replacements for lost, damaged or invalid serials.

In the case of not being able to login, please contact Atomix for support with the Virtual DJ website.

But the serial that is printed on the disc does not have ( a - 0 or L - i or I) Serial the DXX2685-A - Disk
