XDJ-RX: Brand New RX Not Outputting Sound

Hi,
Just today my RX arrived in the mail and was all excited until I tried playing music off it. I have RCA cables from master 2 output to a Sony MHC-V3 (home audio system) RCA input. I have put all my desired tracks through rekordbox and transferred them to my flash drive. Have also updated to the latest firmware. Press play and the track starts playing but there is zero sound. Nothing is registering with the LED sound level indicators either. I'm very new to this so any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

I got my RX yesterday, too! Yeaah :)
Maybe a stupid suggestion, but have a check on your master and specially TRIM volumes.

Out of the box everything is at 0 BTW

Thanks for your suggestion. I will check it out in the morning. Had no kdea everything is on 0 out of the box. Will update.

It was the trim volume. Everything works fine now thank you!
