Serato and SX2 trim levels

While using Serato DJ the trim levels and the master level shown on screen do not mirror the actual position of the knobs on the SX2. They always stay at 12 o'clock and never respond on screen to what's happening with the deck. I do not have this issue when using DJay Pro or PCDJ Dex 3, the on-screen levels respond accordingly. Thoughts? Suggestions?

Those controls are independent of the knobs on your hardware; moving them does NOT affect the software-gain.
