@Niels > Have you updated the graphics drivers from the manufacturer, not Windows update?
Hi,
I have 2 pc's that can't run Traktor longer than 10 minutes and then bluescreening with the imfamous DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (DJM-750Audio64.sys). Both pc's (1 pc, 1 brandnew laptop - both i7, both got nvidia videocards) running the latest updated version of windows 10 + latest drivers for everything.
I can't record like this, i can't perform like this. Tried everything, including reinstalling.
The problem ONLY persists in Traktor (latest version, 2.10).
How can i fix this? :(

@Niels > Have you updated the graphics drivers from the manufacturer, not Windows update?
Yes. Always update using Gefore Experience. Both my PC (GTX 960) and the laptop (GTX 960m) running 361.75
Also: ever since i upgraded to Windows 10, Traktor (paired with the DJM) will randomly produce a crackling sound every now and then. Also gets recorded. :(
Hello Pioneer?
Sorry, we do sleep around here. ;)
I presume you have the Windows 10 driver installed and are running Traktor in 32bit mode?
What is this sleep you speak of?
Different timezone, i guess. :)
I have the latest windows drivers installed (including the DJM one) and am running Traktor in 32 bit mode.
Does the error occur with any other software or just Traktor?
Just Traktor.
Thanks - going to throw this to the engineers to see if they have any additional info.
Cool, thank you! Let me know if you need anything else to figure this one out.
You should have received an email with the ticket link.
One other thing -- have you applied all Windows Updates to this point?
Not yet. I do recieve your post updates in my e-mail tho. :)
Yes - all Windows updates applied on both pc's.
Thanks.
Check your spam box, it should have arrived, but may only post once a public comment is added from the back-end. You may also be able to find it by going to your profile here on the forums (under My Activities).
Got the activities thing but no e-mail. But this will do. Thank you!
Switching the Win Built-in setting in Traktor from PIONEER DJM 750 ASIO to ASIO4ALL v2 seemd to have fixed the bluescreens. Now i am still left with the random crackling. Huzzah.
Engineers have been looking into this issue, but it is very difficult to identify the cause of this issue because we have never successfully replicated it on our end. However, they believe they have identified the cause and may ask for your help in some way shortly.
Thank you very much for your kind patience and understanding.
I have exactly the same problem, any solution by now? It's really annoying.
Hi,
I have been working with both PIONEER and Native Instruments on the issue. Did not solve things. Native Instruments admit they don't do as much testing on the 32 bit Traktor executable, because few people use it. Which makes sense.
PIONEER is the only company that still has not released 64 bit drivers. This would probably fix everything. It did for Allan & Heath internal soundcards. Somehow the 64 bit driver thing is not an option for PIONEER. I have no idea why.
I am switching to a Native Instruments Audio 10 next week, because i am done with this nonsense.
Here's the last message i got from PIONEER:
We tried reproducing your issues using ASIO4ALL and identified the following issues. However, the issues have been very rarely replicated.
・Noise may sometimes occur regardless of pressing the CUE button or not.
・Frequency of the noise occurrence may be changed depending on the buffer size settings.
・Even when ASIO4ALL is used, blue screen issue occurred and the PC was rebooted.
In conclusion, we assume the following things are related with the causes of this issue.
・We assume the noise issue may be related with the processing load of a PC.
・Blue screen occurs even if ASIO4ALL is used.
We will continuously investigate the root cause of the blue screen issue.
Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you very much for your patience.
Best regards,
CRM, Pioneer DJ
Since then i have had several blue screens again.
Thanks for the answer !
Wow this is really disappointing...
But this error doesn't occur with win 7 right? Maybe i'll just go back, so many programs do not work right on win 10.
You can also roll back to Traktor 2.6.8.
The issue was introduced when Traktor 64 bit was launched.
Okay thanks, I'll do that for now...
Okay funny thing, used Traktor 2.6.8 and after the usual 30-40 minutes everything freezes. No Bluescreen though but I had to reconnect everything in order to use the Pioneer.
This really sucks.
I also set Asio4all as the windows default driver in sound settings. Setting it to the djm driver all of sudden started giving conflicts. Hope this helps.
I have exactly the same issues as this.
Reverting back to OLD version of Working Traktor DOES NOT WORK on Windows 10 Platform.....so to elaborate.....Win8.1 Laptop install with Traktor 2.7.3 worked...Upgraded to FULLY PATCHED windows 10 and laptop permanently BlueScreens moaning about the PIONEER DRIVER.
Re-installed suggested Drivers only to find "tempo issues" and intermittent Laptop Bluescreens or unexpected re-boots mid set.
Forgot to mention I am DJM850!!!
I am happy to work with engineers on this please help me!!!!
The 64bit drivers will be rolling out soon, hopefully this, in combination with an updated version of Traktor, will resolve the issues! We'll post when they're available.
Thanks Pulse, that sounds fab!
I'm a tiny bit emotional about that!
