Get a flash drive with a better write speed and use a 3.0 port. I suggest the SanDisk Extreme 3.0

Very slow exporting from recordbox to usb
I had a dj gig last night and i was putting my music onto the usb through rekorbox. I have a mac so my music is off itunes but i made a playlist in itunes for it and transferred it over to the usb. It had maybe 60 songs. I think it took about 4 hours to do it. This has happened with it ever since ive started using rekordbox.
Is there anything im doing wrong or that i can do to make it faster?
