Pionner djm s9 not installing drivers

Yes i updated to 1.06 and Serato 1.8.1 an I'm using el captain Mac 10.11.3 I think it's because Serato doesn't support 10.11.3 ? I have uninstalled everything and installed every thing many times already and re installed

What's interesting is their official system requirements page lists 10.11.1 as supported, but then the linked El Capitan article has 10.11.2 showing as supported. No mention of 10.11.3 on either page.

what do you think i next step is i have returned the mixer yesterday and got a new one and same problem is happening i called customer service and they couldn't help me 

This problem may be occurring because Serato DJ 1.8.1 does not support 10.11.3.  Have you tried posting on the Serato forums about this to see if other users are experiencing the same issue?

Yes I have posted on there and contacted serato via email but I do have a feelings it's because of the el capitan 10.11.3 because it's not working on any Mac book pro that have it I tried my cousins and sisters boyfriend and no luck unless I'm doing the installation wrong ? 

I figured it out thank you tho well I ended up using Yosemite OS X 10.10 and I don't think the el capitan was the problem the problem was that I didn't have the TRIM turned up it was at the infinite symbol coming from a rane mixer didn't pop out to me til later
