can't export - export is greyed out

I can't export my tracks onto my usb stick.  "export" function is greyed out.  How do I fix this?  I am running Windows 10.  Thanks very much!

Try to format your flash drive to FAT32?
Your problem may be that your flash drive is currently in NTFS format

google "HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool 2.2.3" it's the most reliable FAT32 formatter we all use
