XDJ-RX Driver Error

Rekordbox will not let me select Pioneer XDJ-RX ASIO driver. A pop up window that says error. Im using Windows 10 64 bit.  Can anyone help?

@Bobby > Did you install the driver BEFORE connecting the RX the first time?
