DDj-SB2 Not connecting to computer
I have a ddj-sb2 and hooked it up to my mac computer running Yosemite. its not connecting to all 3 versions of of serato, 2 versions of virtual dj, or 2 versions of traktor. I have checked my MIDI settings and it shows connected. I have reinstalled my MIDI api in the panel. I have tried using different cords and all usb ports on my computer. I have tried a windows computer with updated driver and same thing happens. I have read most all forums on here and this problem has not been resolved with any user. Please help......

1. When plugged in it flashes all lights like it booting up and then lights up hot cue, pad trans, filter fad, and key lock.
2. I purchased it through pioneers amazon account.

You can try to contact Amazon about exchanging your SB2.

I spoke with amazon and they're sending out another unit tomorrow morning. thank you for your help. hopefully the new one works :)

Glad to hear. Judging by the steps you've taken, it does appear to be a hardware failure. The new one should work just fine straight out of the box. Please keep us posted.
