rekordbox downrolling every time i pause

I think I changed the effect settings to downroll  or slow roll when I push pause and I am wondering how to change it back in export mode as I cant cue properly

In your preferences, turn these knobs to the left.

 

Your controller may have hardware knobs for this depending which model you have.

Hey this area is grey for me and I can't seem to turn the knobs. I have the DJ RX2 and I can't seem to find the settings on there too. Plz help
