DDJ-RX Jog wheels Problem, please hepl me

 Hi 

 

Since last week I have a problem with the DDJ-RX Jog wheels. Please que can you give me a solution.

  1. Disconnect the USB from the RX
  2. Turn on the power of RX while pressing [SHIFT] button on the left deck and [DECK 1] button at the same time. 
  3. Wait about 5 seconds.
  4. Press the [SYNC] button on the both decks for 3 seconds.
  5. When the [SYNC] button LEDs are off, reconnect the USB and launch rekordbox.

Two things here:

1: you need to describe your issue thoroughly. If this is too challenging to describe, record a video of the issue and attach it to your message.

2: you'll get a more relevant response if you post your question in the right forum. This forum is for issues with rekordbox software. You should post your issue in the DDJ forum.
