Please help me with advise

I currently use CDJ's 400 limited and DJM 400 limited.
I use Audacity recording software while using RCA cable to connect into a line in usb sound card for my laptop from my mixer.
Problem is no matter what I do there's always humming when I record which must be interference from all the hardware.

What can I use to record decent quality mixes?

Thanks! Tez

There's a ground loop issue going on.

RCA's are unbalanced and highly susceptible to low-end noise/hum since they're not grounded–especially around computers. Look into purchasing a ground loop isolator/hum eliminator. That should solve your problem.
