Ddj wego4 Master lever knob not properly working

I have problem with the master level knod on my ddj wego4. When it's set on the lowest level were it not spouse to outlut any sound it play on normal volume and if I turn it to the max the volume changes ever so slightly. I don't know if a problem with the controller or the software course I just downloaded the newest version on record box witch is 6.7.4
