DDJ 800 aux signal

I have a stylophone gen x-1 going into the aux input on my DDJ 800. I get signal on the master channel & when turning the aux trim and headphone level I can hear the audio coming through the headphones. However, no audio is coming out of the main master even though the signal is there and when playing music it is fine. I've tried everything but nothing has worked. Any thoughts?
