Problem whit display deck 2 in FLX10

People, I have a case with my new FLX10, the deck 2 display does not send me information, it has been completely gray, but the audio does come out.
Does anyone know what it could be? It is new and I only took it out to do unboxing to test that it worked with both RekordBox and Serato and when doing the test with Serato it was that I presented this problem and now it is permanent.
