Pioneer DDJ-SB2 Trim not working

I have the Pioneer DDJ-SB2 decks and use Serato DJ Lite and they have been working fine until recently when the right trim knob has stopped altering the volume but the left one still works perfectly fine I think it is a software issue but I have tried to reinstall Serato DJ Lite and it has made no issue if anyone knows how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated.
