rekordbox unlock device not unlocking performance features

hello, i own a CDJ-3000 set and it is registered it into my account. 

whenever i connect the CDJ to the laptop i can use RB in performance mode but it's not unlocking the features (Example Midi) i have connected 2 different types of midi controllers that i need to use with the sampler and midi option is still greyed out in Rekordbox , also i cannot save my sampler. 

as you can see in the pictures attached (sorry for masking personal details) , it's is acting as free plan with no devices connected but the cdj-3000 is connected and running normally ...

rekordbox V 6.7.5

windows 11 PC

cdj-3000 V3.0

midi controler tried : 

Native instruments traktor kontrol F1 in midi mode (latest firmware Latest Driver)

Edirol by roland PCR-500 

both didn't work with RB and are working normally with another software (Reason V5) on same laptop
