I just received my DDJ-FLX4 and plugged it into my MAC, and the lights are coming on. Midi Light is Blinking green, but it's not working with either Rekordbox or Seranto. I am also trying to do the firmware update I downloaded, but it says the device is disconnected.
I have tried some of the trouble shooting found online but nothing has worked.
Please help. Called support but you know how that goes, 48-72 business hours if they ever call back.

I have the same issue after I unfortunately upgraded to MacOS Sonoma or at least I think thats the reason. Bought the the controller abt 1 month ago and it worked fine, didnt use it for abt 1,5 week and then it doesnt work with my updated macbook air. Works with a desktop pc

PioneerDJ informed in their News section some time ago not to update to the new Apple OS systems like MacOS or IOS until the apps are tested and confirmed or updated.
I did some testing with IOS17 and rekordbox and it has issues as well. But aside from this we have to wait for PioneerDJ to complete this work.
I'm having the same issue. Brand new DDJ FLX4 connected to MBP running Sonoma OS. @pioneerdj any patch for this?

DDJ-200 works perfectly. DDJ-FLX 4 on mobile with Bluetooth no problem. But DDJ-FLX4 with the new Mac Upgrade Sonoma it doesn't work... It's super frustrating please help!
