DDJ800 CRACKING SOUND

Hey guys, i recently bought a ddj 800 but im now having weird crackling noises when the controller is linked to rekordbox.
 I tried different things also changing the buffer size but nothing worked.
Laptop has 16gb ram and an i7 processor 6gb gpu
