DDJ RX Chanel fader

I am the proud new owner of a DDJ RX and am really enjoying it but not a fan of the extremely stiff channel faders (all 4) and is unlike any Pioneer fader I have ever come across. None of the online reviews I've read mention this. The cross fader though is nice and slick.

Is this normal?

They will loosen up with regular use.

RZX Line-Fader are extremely stiff, too!
The Line/Cannel Fader feels like a DJM 500!
