Mixed in Key not showing on XDJ 1000 MK 2 but in Rekordbox

i have changed all key in Rekordbox to the Camelot Wheel key. When I export to USB and then insert in to my XDJ 1000 MK2 it only shows the original key format.

Anyway around this? Thanks,

Put the MiK key into the comments field. Unfortunately this is the only way to show Camelot notation at this time.

Any plans to allow this in the future?

It's all about MIK and Pioneer playing nice with one another. The Camelot system is proprietary, which means licen$ing would be required. That said, it's a sought after request by many Rekordbox owners so I wouldn't be surprised to see it implemented in a future update, it would certainly give them a leg-up over other DJ software–especially if it integrates seamlessly with the "traffic light" system.

Tip: In the newest MIK, do a universal find/change to add a "0" in front of your single digit notations that are in the comment field. Example: 1A becomes 01A. Doing so will allow for proper numerical sorting.

Licensing something like the way how something is written is the greediest bullshit ever and the main reason why I haven't spent money on MIK - simply I will not support such morons....

RB analysis does a pretty decent job and changing the notation to camelot for the newly added tracks takes just a few second...
