DJM S9 HOT CUE ISSUE

Hi im a resident dj on a club in korea
we have a djm s9 mixer and a 2 cdj nexus my problem is whenever i plug my laptop on the mixer it plays good but the hot cues,roll,loop buttons etc doesnt work but sampler pads and stem works fine
can someone knows how to fix it?
