DDJ 800 Sync Button/Exit Loop Button Not working

I've seen similar posts, my sync button and exit loop buttons are not working on deck 1, both work fine on deck 2. I know electronically they work because they're lights turn on when the controller boots up. In addition, I can only turn on the beat sync button via rekordbox.

I reached out to support and they suggested changing midi settings to default which i did, and they still do not work. I even tried adding two new midi instances for the buttons with the same MIDI outputs, but they do not work as well. Even when turning deck 1 to deck 3, both buttons dont work. 

The controller worked for months before this perfectly fine, and one day this issue just happened. Is there a way to factory reset the board?
