Usb showed up unformatted on 2000 Nxs2

Hi I synced a new usb yesterday to rekordbox, tested it on my friends 3000's before a show i was doing and when i got to the show and plugged it in (the show had 2000 nxs2) the Usb had the songs but only the actual audio in the contents folder with no cues or markers, the actual rekordbox formatting was completely gone. Does anyone know where I went wrong?

to be clear the formatting with the artists/hot cues and everything else showed up on the 3000s that i tested on
