XDJ 700 : weird sound from jog wheel

Hello,
Ive got some problem with XDJ 700. When Im using jog wheel, there is some weird sound coming from the jog (not from the speakers), and it slows down the jog wheel a little, which is confusing. Would you be able to help please?

It sounds like there might be some debris in the bearing track under the jog - please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have the XDJ serviced.
