regardless of the shiny green announcement, there are still connections issue with this "forum". it's becoming more than boring. On mac safari, it's looping endlessly, impossible to sign in to post or reply. I use opera too and i have to disconnect than reconnect to be able to reply. But sometimes it goes in a loop too....Have to clic twice on "new post" too, the first time only "what is your post about" will appear.....
I'm sorry but this is unacceptable......EDIT: it's now acceptable since a simple solution was provided. Thanx

Well, Edge is a nightmare regardless of what website you're trying to use! 😅
Our teams have tested various browsers on both Mac and PC platforms and can confirm that provided you have cleared your cookies and cache, not just for the pioneerdj.com website, but any that may exist for Zendesk or Gigya, should allow you to login without issue.

Login is still a nightmare. Edge on Win 10 doesn't work at all for me. I can't tell gow often I deleted the cache already, log out, log in etc. There is no reliable login to the forum.
Firefox seem to work for me but I always have to log out first before logging in again. On my iPad sometimes it works sometimes not.
