Is it possible that you have samples in the sampler on deck 1. That when you switch a song the original samples are still in the sampler? Is the sampler connected to a deck or is it stand alone?
The samples are not associated with the track - they are loaded independently to the sample banks and remain loaded until you switch the bank or unload the sample.
