DJM TOUR-1 MAIN OUTS DISTORTION

Im getting Distortion ONLY on the LEFT main out of my Tour-1 mixer, no matter what level is set to. it doesn't happen to the booth outs and the RIGHT main out play fine. The firmware is current. I get distortion when i hook up through every possible connection (tried multiple usb, digital and rca cables with all the same results)

Thanks for the clarification.

I spoke with one of our product planning team and he couldn't think of a reason why this might be happening other than a component failure -- please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region and they can direct you to an authorized service shop for inspection and repair.

Sorry about that!

Hey Arthur, sorry to hear that.

Which Master output? XLR, RCA or both? Does it occur on the headphone monitoring? You mention USB -- are you getting distortion on the USB output to the computer as well?

thanks for a fast response...getting the distortion on both XLR and RCA main outs. does occur in the headphones.   i get distortion on the same LEFT main out when i hook the computer up through USB. when listening through the headphones or the booth outs the stero signal is clear.

Sorry, I need to clarify as it seems there's a conflict:

"getting the distortion on both XLR and RCA main outs. does occur in the headphones."
"when listening through the headphones or the booth outs the stero signal is clear."

??
